The site generates income mainly from advertisements and listing fees. Customers would love to find best prices and should be able to develop a relationship with the site based on goodwill. More services may be integrated later to provide an enjoyable buying experience. Building an online community around the website is equally important -- customers would love to share their shopping experience and read reviews.
